Our Accelerator Program is dedicated to speeding up innovation within the building materials industry by making targeted investments in startups globally. The startups we invest in gain unique access to Amrize’s business and technical expertise through coaching and networking. They also have opportunities to co-create solutions by testing in our facilities.

Our partnerships in action

Travertine

Travertine uses a proprietary circular technology to decarbonize cement by binding CO2 from direct air capture into advanced mineral components, which permanently sequesters carbon. Our strategic investment drives the scaling of this technology, which we anticipate will reduce CO2 emissions in our future projects.

Sublime Systems

This leading low-carbon cement technology startup is expanding its range of highly engineered solutions to decarbonize buildings at scale. The investment covers Sublime’s first commercial manufacturing facility.

Electrified Thermal Solutions

Electrified Thermal Solutions uses innovative brick battery technology to expand its range of clean energy solutions. Our investment is specifically helping scale up their Joule Hive Thermal Battery, a high-temperature energy storage system that turns zero-carbon energy into firm industrial heat.

Parsable

Parsable developed software that enables the company to capture, record and analyze environmental work data in near real time, ultimately decreasing compliance deviations and improving environmental performance. Parsable’s solution helps us in digitizing work procedures in sensitive areas such as air, water and waste inspection, enabling fully digital processes and preventing errors in inspection.
